UNEDITED: Palin and Gibson Interview
GIBSON: What insight into Russian actions, particularly in the last couple of weeks, does the proximity of the state give you?
PALIN: They’re our next door neighbors and you can actually see Russia from land here in Alaska, from an island in Alaska.
GIBSON: What insight does that give you into what they’re doing in Georgia?
PALIN: Well, I’m giving you that perspective of how small our world is and how important it is that we work with our allies to keep good relation with all of these countries, especially Russia. We will not repeat a Cold War. We must have good relationship with our allies, pressuring, also, helping us to remind Russia that it’s in their benefit, also, a mutually beneficial relationship for us all to be getting along.
Sarah Palin on Russia:
We cannot repeat the Cold War. We are thankful that, under Reagan, we won the Cold War, without a shot fired, also. We’ve learned lessons from that in our relationship with Russia, previously the Soviet Union.
We will not repeat a Cold War. We must have good relationship with our allies, pressuring, also, helping us to remind Russia that it’s in their benefit, also, a mutually beneficial relationship for us all to be getting along.

Campaign Schwag

GOP Trunk
It's the boring one, I know.
Cafe PressThis one is probably my favorite. I just think it's clever and cute at the same time.
Cafe PressMoose have never before been in style or in demand until this season.

Cafe Press
I am not a fan of this poster. It's too photoshopped.

Cafe Press
Part of me thinks this is funny and the other part of me really, really doesn't.

Cafe Press
Ugh, yet another American Gothic-esque picture. They really need to retire any future uses of this painting. It's just so tacky.

Cafe Press
I like the play on words, but I don't think it makes for a good sticker.

Cafe Press
I thought I'd end this post on a happy note. :D
Where's the Beef?
It goes on say that vegans and vegetarians are "most likely to be deficient" because of the lack of vitamins, dairy products, and yada yada yada.
Do I think this is true? No, not really, but it did give me a really good laugh. It's also a little hokey that the age range of people tested on was 61 to 87. Perhaps the Early Bird Special IHOP crowd makes for a representative data pool of people not eligible for retirement.
Two of my closest friends are vegan and vegetarian and through them I've tried some things I would never voluntarily pay for. I'm sorry, egg substitute and rice milk do not tickle my fancy. Although, I have to give props to some yummy hummus I've had.

What's in a name?
With Governor Sarah Palin picked as the VP for Senator John McCain, it made me want to be a little more involved in politics. I think the blog's name is pretty self-explanatory.
I'm Christian. I'm Crazy. I'm Conservative.
The point of this blog is to post stuff I think is interesting, funny, or absurd and hopefully it'll be related to one of the 3Cs. (However, since I'm crazy, you'll never know what I post!)
If people even look at this blog, leave a comment. It doesn't matter if you agree or not.
So let the games begin!
